At Classic Joinery our skills in building narrowboats reflect all that is best in traditional, hand-crafted workmanship. We use only high quality materials and beautiful woods such as Oak, Cherry, Ash, Maple and Beech to create a comfortable, stylish and unique living space.

We supply the whole thing, we buy a good quality hull which is fitted with the engine and ballast. We then do the complete fit out, the plumbing, electrics and all the joinery and soft furnishings. The boats are fully equipped so that they are suitable for long term cruising or living aboard.

We work through the planning stage of the boat with you, discussing all aspects in detail, giving advice if required, although never forgetting that it is your boat.

The finish used on the interior of the boat is completely your choice - ash, oak, painted, pine, tongue and groove or simple boarding.

Our skilled boat painter and signwriter will also advise you on colour combinations and finish the boat with stunning paintwork.
