At Classic Joinery we are able to manage an entire project from initial briefing to completion.

 

One of our experienced Project Manager/Site Managers is allocated to each project and will provide Client Liaison, Liaison with local Authorities, Liaison with Architects & Designers and deal with all Health & Safety issues.

 

Our Project Managers / Site managers will always be available to discuss any aspect of a project. In many cases each project involves many different trades / suppliers which requires careful programming and planning on our part.

 

These include:

 

• Signage
• Tilers / Floor layers
• Electricians

• Plumbers
• Decorators
• Heating & Ventilation

 

When on site it is the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the Project is monitored throughout the length of the project period and this includes: programming sub contractors, providing client reports, liaising with local authorities, liaising with architects / designers and health & safety.
